Description:As a highly motivated and confident member of C&C Security Patrol Inc., you will be responsible for generating sales leads for security services. The Leads Generating Specialist will reach business targets through excellent telephone sales and communications skills. This individual will also develop his or her phone-based revenue generation through the creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls, and establishment of ongoing rapport with potential customers. Integrity, vision, and passion are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position
Emphasize service features and benefits, and emphasize estimate prices
Generate new leads by own research
Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process Radiate sales from within lead/prospect base
Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects
Enter new prospect data and update changes to existing prospects in the CRM
Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales leads
Make outbound calls: minimum 50 per day
Cold-call prospects
Create and deliver qualified leads and/or schedule meetings for Business Development Manager
Collaborate with Business Development Manager to determine necessary strategic sales approaches
Ensure follow-up by passing leads to Business Development Manager with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, et cetera
Set-up sales meetings presentations, minimum of 12 per quarter
Overcome objections of prospective customers
Skills:
2 to 3 years (preferred) of direct work experience in any sales capacity Ability to convert prospects while maintaining established sales quotas (recommended)
Ability to face rejection, adversity and generally the occasional rude response
Ability to work individually and as part of a team
Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures
Excellent listening skills
Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
Experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management (recommended)
Experience with CRM software
High level of integrity and work ethic
Knowledge of security industry and sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques (recommended)
Qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers (recommended)
Self-motivated, with high energy and engaging level of enthusiasm
Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills
Strong written communication skills
Education:
Higher education and additional training is great
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
Other requirements:
Ability to sit, speak and view a computer monitor for extended periods
Must be able to use desktop computer and peripherals
Must be able to use multi-line touch-tone telephone and peripherals
Pass pre-employment drug screening and clear background check
Speak English fluently or at least level "ESL/Advanced Low 6"
Specifics:
FT for day shift available
40h/week, 80 hours per pay period
